Welcome to Speak Out, a service provided by Redwing Technologies LLC. Throughout this agreement, we may refer to ourselves as “us,” “we,” or “our.” Our website, https://speak-out.io, is collectively and individually referred to as “Service.”

We will also keep Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is usually kept for a shorter time, except when it's used to enhance the security or functionality of our Service, or when we are legally required to keep it for longer.

Nonetheless, please be aware that no transmission method over the internet or electronic storage system can be considered completely secure. While we make every effort to utilize commercially acceptable means to safeguard your Personal Data, we cannot assure its complete security.

14. Analytics

We may employ third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the usage of our Service. Our Service uses various Google Marketing Platform products, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize, for tasks such as product analytics, tag management, and user experience optimization. We do not store personal information explicitly in Google Marketing Platform. Google Analytics is a web analytics service that tracks and reports website traffic, and Google uses the collected data to monitor and track the usage of our Service. This information is shared with other Google services and may be used to personalize the ads of its advertising network.

15. CI/CD tools

We may enlist the services of third-party providers to facilitate the development process of our Service. One of these providers is GitHub, Inc., which offers a development platform for managing projects, hosting and reviewing code, and building software.

17. Payments

To enable paid products and/or services, we use third-party payment processing and revenue management services in our Service.

We do not store or collect payment card information. Instead, this information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors comply with the standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover to ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Our payment processor is Stripe, which processes payments for Speak Out such as credit card transactions. We do not have access to payment details such as credit card number, expiration date, and CVC code. 21. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may make updates to our Privacy Policy periodically. We will inform you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page. We will also notify you of the changes through email or a conspicuous notice on our Service before they take effect. The "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy will also be updated.
